The entire staff is here to guide you from the first day until the big day, that’s the sense of comfort you get here at Giorgio’s.

George Regini Jr.

With over 35 years of experience working alongside his father, George Jr. has gained the reputation of being one of the most prestigious caterers in the hospitality industry. From humble beginnings as a dishwasher to now owner, he continues the legacy by exemplifying the same level of service and dedication synonymous with the Giorgio’s brand.

Nick Cascio

Hard work and dedication are just a few of the rewarding qualities that have defined Nick’s reputation throughout his 25-year career in the hospitality industry. His knowledge of the business and commitment to excellence culminated in 2017, when he officially became co-owner of Giorgio’s. Nick cares about everyone that walks through his doors and makes sure you always feel welcome.

Jose ArnulfoExecutive Chef

Chef Arnulfo brings more than 35 years of culinary excellence to Giorgio’s Caterers as Executive Chef. With a background shaped through professional culinary training, hands on kitchen experience, and generations of family inspired cooking, Chef Arnulfo has devoted his life to the art of exceptional cuisine and hospitality.

Specializing in authentic Italian cuisine, Spanish specialties, and elevated international fare for weddings and upscale events, Chef Arnulfo is known for creating dishes that are both elegant and deeply memorable. His signature sauces, attention to detail, and ability to bring warmth and flavor to every menu have become a defining part of the Giorgio’s experience.

For many years, Chef Arnulfo has worked alongside the owners of Giorgio’s Caterers, earning not only their trust and respect, but becoming part of the family itself. His humble nature, tireless dedication, and passion for serving others are reflected in every event he helps create, from intimate celebrations to grand wedding receptions.

Chef Arnulfo believes great food brings people together, creates lasting memories, and turns special occasions into unforgettable experiences. Through every dish prepared in the kitchen, he continues the tradition of quality, authenticity, and hospitality that Giorgio’s Caterers is proud to serve.

Sous Chef

Bryan began his career as a cook across Jamaica's finest 5-star resorts. His talent and dedication brought him to New York where he eventually settled with Giorgio's as a key member of the kitchen. His extraordinary knowledge and experience in the culinary arts has attributed to Giorgio's brand over the last 15 years.

Operations

Delmi has been a part of the Giorgio's family for the last ten years and makes sure that the entire facility is running smoothly and in pristine shape. She is the invisible hand responsible for the comfortable and welcoming vibe, right as you walk through the doors.

Tino Araujo

Tino has be a staple of the Long Island catering industry with over 30 years of operation and management experience. He has been an integral person in the success of many prestigious wedding venues throughout New York. His work ethic, knowledge, and personality compliments the experience you will find no where else but here at Giorgio’s.

George Jr.

The legacy of the Regini family continues with Giorgio‘s grandson. Like his father before him, George started in the Industry as a server and bartender, which landed him his current position of Maitre D. Working alongside Tino, George has become a major part of ensuring your day is one to remember, and is excited to continue his family’s legacy of Impeccable service and five-star cuisine.

Jessica BrownDirector of Banquets & Venue Coordinator

Jessica began her event career in the early 2000s, working her way through nearly every role in the wedding and hospitality industry, including waiter, bridal attendant, Maitre’d, day-of coordinator, and full-scale planner before ultimately becoming the Director of Banquets. Her hands-on experience in every aspect of event execution has given her a unique understanding of what it takes to create a seamless and unforgettable celebration.

As Giorgio’s Caterers’ Director of Banquets and Venue Coordinator, Jessica serves as the primary point of contact for couples throughout the planning process leading up to their event day. From timelines and menu selections to vendor coordination and final details, she works closely with each couple to ensure every aspect of their wedding is organized, stress-free, and executed flawlessly. Known for her attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and dedication to exceptional service, Jessica is committed to creating once-in-a-lifetime experiences that allow couples and their families to fully enjoy their special day with confidence and peace of mind.

Alexa FrazzettoOffcie Assistant & Lead Bridal Attendant

Alexa Frazzetto is our office assistant and lead bridal attendant. She plays a key role in supporting our couples from start to finish, making sure every detail is taken care of and every need is met on your BIG day. Working closely with the entire team, Alexa is known for her attentiveness, calm presence, and ability to quickly connect with couples, often becoming a trusted go-to and “bestie” on the day of the event.

Jason NicatolaMaitre D'

Jason Nicatola has been in the hospitality industry since 2014, starting in back of house before working his way up to waiter, kitchen manager, and now one of our maitre d’s. Known for his hard work, dedication, and passion for the industry, Jason is a true “yes man” who goes above and beyond to bring each event to life and help make guests’ dreams come true.

Giorgio Regini Sr.

Migrating from Italy at 16, Giorgio began his culinary journey at the famous Waldorf Astoria where he established a pristine reputation that followed him throughout his vast and successful career. His dedication and uncanny work ethic lead him to become a successful owner of many renowned establishments throughout the five boroughs, touching the lives of countless New Yorkers.

His Legacy culminated on the East End of Long Island with his family, as they came together and built the unique and world- class catering facility that you see today. Even though he is now retired, you’ll still see him come in to shake hands as he will always be an integral part of the Giorgio’s brand.
